Sleepless in Louisville, Kentucky

Louisville, Kentucky was recently named the “most challenged” city in the country for restful sleep, according to a Bert Sperling study on sleeplessness. Over 400,000 participants across the country weighed in on the survey and Louisville received a ‘sleepless score’ of 726.0, beating out the city that supposedly never sleeps – New York City, with a score of 702.1. The survey looked into unemployment rates, divorce, and long commutes – all factors for poor sleep.
